Con brings a background in property management, resident coordination, and lease renewals to the Velocity team. She enjoys working alongside her team and helping keep things running smoothly, from coordinating daily operations to preparing leasing reports and tracking tenant demographics, market trends, and property performance. Outside of work, Con loves reading and spending quality time with her niece and nephews. She’s also a proud dog mom to five dogs who keep her busy and make life at home a little more fun!
