Kara brings experience in both leasing and property management, with a strong focus on Chicago’s River North and Bucktown neighborhoods. Since beginning her real estate career in 2023, she has gained hands-on experience across the leasing process, including assisting with the lease-up of a new construction property. Kara enjoys building relationships with clients and helping make the leasing process as smooth as possible, from the first inquiry through move-in. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, paddleboarding on Lake Michigan, and going for walks.
